Don’t Wait to be Anointed

​Leadership is developed daily, not in a day. And each day presents a thousand opportunities to become a better leader. The world is waiting for the difference only you can make. Don’t wait for approval or a title. Don’t allow others to discourage you with quips of “you’re not qualified.” The only way to gain experience is by experiencing. So share your vision, build your team, and take action. Don’t take no for an answer—remember that rules are usually just recommendations, that problems are really opportunities, and that, in the game of life, the only losers are those who don’t play.
